As a graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts, and former LMT of the Denver Nuggets, Stephanie Jackson, uses an integrative approach to massage.

  She specializes in various types of massage including:

• Deep Tissue 

• Pre-natal 

• Hot Stone 

• Neuromuscular 

• Sports

She also uses polarity therapy and Reiki to assist balance within the energy fields of the body. Her belief is that all systems in the body are connected and function together. The body communicates what it needs and helps Stephanie address each client's specific conditions more efficiently.

Her passion is helping people who have learned to live in pain.  She is committed to sharing knowledge and resources and dedicated to a practice based in holistic health.
